At this point in the Book of Revelation (Revelation 5:1-7) we read what John sees in the Throne Room of God; it is a future, and LITERAL event. How can we know it is literal? Pastor Rod explains how.

Pastor Rod teaches about the kings in the North and the South. God's eternal Word helps us understand what He wants of us. As we remember that God teaches us to be alert, He gives us the ability to repent. And if we humble ourselves and seek His Ways, nothing is beyond God's reach!

In this study, Pastor Rod teaches us in chapter 4 of Revelation where we get a description of the Throne room of heaven. Every living creature in this throne room worshiped God because He is worthy of praise. As believers we should always have a heart of worship for our God because He deserves every one of our hearts for worship to Him. God gave us more than we deserve and now because of Jesus we now have full access to the Father and are the light of this dark world.

Pastor Rod walks through the latest news as it relates to prophetic scriptures beginning with Matthew 24, Mark 13, 1 Thessalonians 5 and expounding on 2 Timothy 3:1-9 of what people will be doing in the last days, and how we can see those things steadily increasing in frequency and intensity, like the birth pangs referred to in 1 Thessalonians 5:3; many more complementary scriptures. This is an excellent continuation of Sunday 12/29 message.

In this study, Pastor Rod teaches in Revelation chapter 4 where John is called up to the throne room of heaven. We see in the later times that we, as the bride of Christ, will be spared from the wrath of God. As the church, we must be ready at all times for our Bridegroom Jesus to come and get us.

As we prepare to celebrate Christmas this year, Pastor Rod explains how Mary's sorrows and all she went through ultimately turned to joy when the true meaning of Jesus's birth, death, and resurrection occurred. Pastor Rod also explains from Luke 2:25-35 how being devout and legalistic can LOOK the same, but they are not. God caused Simeon's path to intersect with Mary and Jesus because Simeon was deeply devoted to God. Live your life being led by the Spirit and you too will see Godly things occur.

(Our apologies for the sound quality... we were having some technical difficulties.) In this study, Pastor Rod teaches us in chapter 3 of Revelation on the church of Laiodicea. We learn that this church is neither hot nor cold for God. Jesus rebukes them for their lukewarmness but also tells them to repent and come back to Him. As believers especially as American Christians, we must draw closer and closer to Christ everyday and not fall into being lukewarm.

Pastor Rod teaches in 2 Kings 14 about king Amaziah, who did good and bad things in the eye of the Lord. Amaziah did not take down the temples of the false gods and he had the authority to do so. In this chapter, we learn how God never needs a bigger army. God is capable and able to teach lessons and bring victories. Amaziah had pride that caused destruction. Despite disobedience, God still loves, He cares, and His Mercy is always Greater.

Pastor Rod explains from Revelation 3:7-13 about the Church of Philadelphia. This is the 6th letter out of 7 to the Churches. They had little strength, but purposefully kept God's Word and had total reliance on God. The quote, " It is better to be faithful than to be famous" was true of the Church of Philadelphia. The message is, stop trying to be what you are not; just be what God has called you to be.

(Our apoligies, the audio file is not available.) Pastor Rod teaches in 2 Kings 13. In this story we see Jehoahaz, the wicked king of Israel cried out to God and God answered his prayer. Even when God had mercy and grace on Jehoahaz, he still doesn't repent. God gives grace, not so that we can continue sinning, but so that we can repent and turn to Him. Seek the full victory in life. Sow to the Spirit and reap spiritual blessings.
