Christians are called by God to be salt and light. It is, however, not possible to share what we do not know or give what we do not have. Our School of Ministry will train you to have a clear understanding of our faith and prepare you with the skills needed to pass it on. Spring classes begin Sunday Februay 5th. What is the School of Ministry?
The most important assignment God has entrusted to mankind is to “go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you…” (Matthew 28:18-20). This is called evangelism and discipleship. Our goal in School of Ministry is to train all those who desire to prepare themselves to fulfill this mandate in obedience to the non-optional command from our Lord Jesus. Over the span of one year, and divided into three semesters (Essentials, Apologetics, and Leadership), you will be trained to be able to go and make disciples with confidence, and to comfortably and biblically respond to the common questions and comments from friends or enemies of Christ, with or without notes in hand.
Who can sign up for the School of Ministry?
The SCHOOL OF MINISTRY is open to anyone who is willing to commit to discipleship training and do the work necessary to master the concepts and principles given in this series. The three semesters can be completed in one year and can be taken in any order. Any class you miss will be available online. The fall semester is from Sept. to Dec.; spring from Feb. to May; and summer from June to Aug.
