Pastor Rod Carver continues his teachings in Matthew 19:13-27. These verses covers the man with great possessions who asks Jesus "what must I do to be saved?". He talks about how God knows the real source of problems in any given persons life, he uses the illustration of treating the source of a wound instead of the symptoms. Sometimes the treatment is painful but God does it because he loves us and doesn't want us to be "sick".
