Pastor Rod continues his teachings in Isaiah as he teaches in chapter 13. In this chapter we see the prophecy of the fall of Babylon. We see that there are 2 aspects of this prophecy, partially fulfilled when the Medes and Persians conquered them, and another to be fulfilled at the end times. We can rest in knowing God is in control and knows what is ahead.
